Participants, by entering the draw, agree that their name may be shared with other participants.

Furthermore, participants consent to the potential publication of their name, surname, and image as winners of the draw or in any other context related to it.

Upon prior consent and for the purpose of sending you advertisements related to our products and services via any means (postal, email, or phone) and inviting you to events organized by Podoactiva, the provided data will be retained until you request the cessation of such processing. Data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Podoactiva is processing your personal data. Therefore, you may access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, or request their deletion when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

The legitimacy is your express consent, and the survey is exclusively aimed at individuals of legal age. Your data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes or as required by current legislation. We do not perform international data transfers. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, automated individual decisions, and limitation of data processing by writing to  podoactiva@podoactiva.com, providing documentation to verify your identity.  

Additionally, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe your rights have been violated.
